We received this lovely e-mail earlier today and I thought I’d share it with you. First, a bit of background. This couple had booked their wedding at another Inn. The Inn they selected while beautiful, did not have our extensive experience nor a dedicated staff. As their wedding day approached, the bride and groom became more and more uncomfortable noticing wedding details not being addressed or worse, falling through the cracks. It panicked them both and their unease led them to us. They booked our Inn just two months before their scheduled nuptials. We had their wedding weekend available which they saw as providence….we had to agree as having a peak weekend open in September is an anomaly. So, these words carry a great deal of significance.
“I am not sure if you ever got the troopers photos that I sent but if you’re interested I can send you a bunch of great Inn photos. If you can’t tell I just love you guys and your Inn!!! I rave about the Inn every chance I get to talk about it”!
The moral of the story: trust your gut!
